As an Implementation Manager, Managed Services, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: A highly organized, action-oriented leader who can bring structure to complex work, anticipate risks, analyze information, influence without direct authority, and communicate with credibility across executive, technical, operational, Partner, and employer audiences. You build trust, encourage shared accountability, and turn challenges into practical solutions. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in implementation, client onboarding, operations, project management, benefits administration, or a related field is preferred, including 2+ years leading complex cross-functional implementations or client-facing programs. Experience working with employer groups, Partners, third-party administrators, health plans, financial institutions, or benefits technology platforms is preferred. Experience with consumer-directed benefits such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, Lifestyle Spending Accounts, COBRA, or related benefit administration is highly preferred. Education: Experience with project management methodologies or credentials such as PMP, PMBOK, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams , along with project or work-management tools, is expected; experience with implementation, ticketing, CRM, or workflow platforms is a plus. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
